Section 456.42(2), Florida Statues requires licensed health care practitioners purchase counterfeit-proof prescription pads or blanks from vendors approved by the Florida Department of Health.

This website provides the ability to search all approved vendors by Name, City, County, State, or Vendor Identification Code.

When searching by Vendor Identification Code, please enter the three letter code that appears on the script.
